ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If after placing your order, you receive an email from us that one or more of the products you ordered is on back order you may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours. After 48 hours, all orders canceled by the customer, for any reason, will have an associated cancellation fee which will be deducted from any refunded amount.

The cancellation fee varies by customer payment method according to the non-refundable fees and charges that Teds Outdoor USA LLC incurs by taking or refunding your order.  The cancellation fees are as follows:

  1. Shop Pay Installments or any other Financing Payment Methods = 7% of order amount
  2. Paypal 6% of order amount
  3. Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apply Pay or any other payment method 5% of order amount.

Once a product has been shipped (a tracking number or freight BOL has been issued by the shipping company to Teds Outdoor USA LLC or picked up at our warehouse by the Customer, the order can no longer be "cancelled' and the Terms and Conditions of the Refund and Return policy will apply instead. 

Orders purchased utilizing any pre-arranged deposit / down payment to purchase specific products are also non-refundable transactions.

Teds Outdoor USA LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  1. Suspicion of fraud by Teds Outdoor USA LLC, Shopify, or the financial institution processing the charge (ie credit card or financing company)
  2. Lack of sufficient customer information provided such as phone, email, valid shipping address etc.
  3. Failure of the customer to sign the required shipping acknowledgment or to agree to our complete Terms and Conditions during or after check out. 
  4. Loss or destruction of the items during shipping
  5. Lack of in stock inventory
  6. Any other reason we deem necessary.
